Who we are

Clippable Labs Inc. runs this site, a walled archive of confirmed card-pull clips from Fanatics Live streams.

What we collect

• Your email and name if you sign in with Google, or the operator email for a password sign-in. We store that as a named account with a role (admin or viewer).
• A session cookie (fanatics_session) tied to that account for 24 hours, plus a CSRF cookie (fanatics_csrf) that protects forms. We keep a hashed copy of the session so we can revoke it.
• Sign-in attempts (IP, time, success) so we can throttle guessing. Successful and failed actions are written to an audit log with the account email.
• Your language choice in this browser (clips.lang).
• If you use Open in Google Drive, Google tells us you authorized this app. We keep an encrypted refresh token in a cookie (fanatics_drive) for 30 days so we can upload that export to your Drive. We only request the drive.file scope: files this app creates.
• If error reporting is on, Sentry may receive the page URL, browser details, and a stack trace when something breaks. We do not send clip video to Sentry.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not run ads. Clip pages that crawlers can see do not include the video file.

How long we keep it

The session cookie expires after a day, when you log out, when an admin disables the account, or when the site password changes for password sessions. The Drive cookie lasts up to 30 days or until you disconnect. Audit rows and clips stay until we remove them.

Your choices

Log out to revoke this browser's session. An admin can disable an account. You can revoke Drive access in your Google account. You can clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser.
